Eventful weekend it was..

Guess wad.. U suck. Ok i was just kidding.. Just bored of starting my blog da usual way .. Lol. Alrite im on blogger.com n ready to blog .. = > First up Sat 21/06/08,headed down town to Golden Landmark Hotel for my cousin Prathipha's ROM ceremony. Sori ah i haven received the pics yet so u have to wait to see how handsome i looked dat day.. =D The concept of the ROM ceremony was western,from the pool side setting n the candle lit dinner tables,decorations,etc,etc. Due to strict orders from my aunt,the bride's mum we were told to be there early n yes we ended up following her orders n being the first family to arrive besides the bride's n groom's.. It was nice meeting relatives dat i have not meet in years including my dear grandma who told me dat she couldnt recognise me,make me paisei sia kept looking and smiling at me..Still cute as ever,lol. It was one big cousins reunion,most of us were sitting at the same table n everyones like so grown up n all mature.. It would have been better if we had been closer since young as it was odd sitting at the same table n not been able to converse on a common topic. As expected the ceremony started late as the guy who was to conduct the ceremony ended up going to the wrong hotel. Bahah. The ceremony went well enough though,the bride looking all so shy as the groom was saying his vows n stuff. I was trying to memerise the vows so dat when its my turn it will be easier rite. It was a great moment really,i feel so happy for my cuzzie.. :) I can onli imagine how the parents must have felt.. The food on the other hand was disappointing,not much of a variety to choose from n i ended up eating like a few mouthfuls. Haiz. I have decided that the food served will be one of if not the top priority for my ROM.. I want my guests to leave with not onli a happy face but with a happy tummy as well n in dat excuse i also can whack the good food. =D My next favourite part of the event was the kids dance,the kutties present at the event dancing for random songs.. Haha so cute esp one outstanding babygal who was so active n so enthu running ard n dancing at the same time,future multi-tasker.. There was this point of time she got so tired dat she actually sat down but her hands were dancing. Kids are so damn adorable. *Hints* All in all it was a great nite out cum family reunion. Once again,CONGRATS TO THE ENGAGED COUPLE.. :)




Sunday 22/06/08 was movie nite. The Rajasekaran family set off to Yishun GV to catch Kamal's latest masterpiece,Dasavatharam.. Getting tickets for the movie even one week after its release here in Singapore is damn hard dats y mum ordered the tickets on Friday n thank god she did as it was full house. I didnt noe wad to expect because i have heard contradicting reviews for the film,most of them saying that the movie is so confusing dat u will have to see it at least 2 times to understand it.. Im not a genius or wad but quite frankly the movie is rather straightforward n i feel it can be understood if ur paying attention.. I was dumbstruck by the brilliance n the deep meaning of the movie n also the ten characterisation of Kamal. I couldnt even make out some of his characters n i needed to see it at least a couple of times before i realise it was actually Kamal himself. Amazing really,hes really an outstanding actor . Kudos. Besides the noisy Indian nationals the entire movie experience was a good one,definitely the best Tamil movie i have seen in a while now. Ill be going down to catch the movie again with baby n parents so ill be looking forward to tat..


The couple finally caught a movie after i dunno when.. It was the first time i was meeting her after her Aussie trip n before long we were all cosy watching Kungfu Panda with our favorite salted popcorn n wedges in hand.. Hahaa Kungfu panda was so hilarious n its the perfect movie to distress urself. Anyway its nice to be free from the green people like finally n getting to spend time with her n making plans n stuff.. Plans are under way ... *WAVES THE THAILAND FLAG* Going down to ashwin's place tomm for his birthday n hes another fella dat i have not met in ages.. Haha let the drama unfold. N finally.. Nuthing much ... I have got myself a brand new Sony Ericsson W960I =D But sadly i wasnt able to switch it on when i came back home to test it. I went down to the service center today n i will only be able to get my hands on it next Tues. Grr. Oh well. Cheers..

I dunt wish to be a blogger who goes on and on about the dramatics in my life or the life's of others whom i got issues with. Im a blogger who wants to blog also about issues be it social or political or something dat happens daily in our life's dat we often take for granted,hoping dat it someway helps to make a significant difference for the better. Im not saying everybody should do the same because its ur personal space after all but at the same time bloggin is never personal and the reasons are pretty obvious unless u put a password or something. Saying thus i would like to thank from the bottom of my heart to all those who have kept my tagboard busy in the time i was away like for the best part of 3 weeks. I love u all. *Seriously touched* Any ol how bloggin gives me this sense of satisfaction bcos i noe for a fact tat the things u read about in www.mancunian-myblogmyrules.blogspot.com are pretty damn original signed sealed and delivered by urs truly. :)

Yes yes,i have been busy with my reservist training n living a nonchalant life for the past three months n im glad dat its gonna be all over soon. I have got to make up for lost time with my loved ones before i start my life in SP n i dunt even noe where to begin with .. I have seriously lost touch with a lot of things in my life thanks to one runaway terrorist whos still missing in this very *huge* country we call Singapore. The babygal is currently in Aussie land with her parents for some Mother's day event done by the Oli 96.8 crew n im so so so so waiting for my precious one to return in a couple of days time.. :p Im sure shes enjoying herself rite now n she deserves every bit of it. The couple will be having a lil getaway of our own in a few weeks time albeit theres no last min distruption or something n we will using dat period of time to like forget about everything else n just concentrate on having a much needed blast of a time together.

I had an astrology session last Sunday thanks to my mum who planned beforehand for this famous astrologer to come home n see for me n my elder sis. I was a lil irritated with her becos i dunt really like having my fortunes told cos ull never noe what this pple will say n i dunt want to be getting worried or upset for something dat ill never noe whether will turn true or not.. This old brahmin man came down n i gotta say this man has some calming effect on everyone,its hard to dislike him n also for the fact dat he looks like the shorter version of my deceased grandpa.I guess the session went well there were mostly good things dat i can look forward to den bad,well the bad part did bother me a lil but im just taking it in my stride. When he asked me if i had any questions the first thing dat i asked was whether i will be a graduate n he was like y this doubt ? He did tell me dat i will definitely be a graduate just dat things will be a bit gloomy till 2010 n i do find it to be kinda true cos i have been feeling rather unmotivated ever since i graduated from ITE last dec n have been getting worried abt the future dat lies ahead.. He did mention dat ill be in a government job n a job dat will see me represent my nation,i seriously wonder wad that could be.. He also revealed something dat made me nod my head in approval,haha he said dat i am a thinker n a man of many questions. Oh well prolly he reads my blog or something. Anyway im just taking everything into my stride n am going to be prepared for almost anything,be it good or bad.. Im sure God is with me ..

I couldnt believe my ears when my fren told me dat an Indian gal was gang raped n thrown down from 5 storeys here in Singapore. I was hoping dat its just an rumour spread by some insensitive blockhead but it did turn out to be a true incident. I was having sleepless nights thinking about it n couldnt help but feel sorry for the gal n the palpable sense of loss her parents are feeling rite now. I just hope dat justice is served n the next piece of news dat i hear about this incident must be of the demise of the animals who committed this heinous act. Join me in sayin a prayer for the disturbed soul of the victim.. R.I.P.

I realise dat no matter how many times certain pple get battered n bruised over their stupidity,they just dunt seem to learn. I do noe dat u dunt have an issue with my gf so be a man n quit acting like a coward. U still dunt get it ? Quit staring at my gf like she owes u something,i dare u to lock ur beady lil eyes on me.. Morale of the story,y dunt u learn the full story before u act on impulse n get ur ass whipped.

n Finally... I noe its like long over due n stuff but heck i just had to do this... Choke on dat anti-man u scumbags!! Ahhhhh dat feeling of rubbin it in. Haaa.
