Looking forward..

I guess army missed me loads yet again as i was called up for a reservist exercise on Sat. I was a bloody nervous wreck the whole time since i got the slightest hint of an call up from all pple,my mother in law. The reason i was a nervous wreck is cos of the fact that it was a damn Sat and thats practically my off day n the day i spend quality time with the love of my life. Baby was laughing n joking n trying to make the best out of the situation though i noe how much she hates this call ups. Well our worst fears got confirmed and i had to pack my stuffs n head to camp at night but it was ok,at least the gf and i spent quality time together n most importantly i did a good job in cracking up my baby after all that the week has imposed on us. :) Oh btw my new nickname is 'pending',thanks ah furball.

Its been a dramatic week to say the least but it has also made me realise how busy n hectic the couple's life has become. We do realise tat we are an amateurish couple no more,we do have to start looking at the bigger picture and start planning for it. The big day is something im thinking about quite alot these days n though we dunt meet tat often due to our work commitments its just a matter of time dat we are going to sit down n realise tat these sacrifices were very much worth it, Oh yeah speaking of future plans.. *Grins like a new born emu*

Well the start of the bloody week hasnt been good for me,plenty of screw ups n wad not.. Sometimes life just turns u ard n shuffs a dose of reality down ur ass.. Before anyone starts speculating n talking shit about the life of mine n my other half,let me shut u up by pointing my middle finger right at ur freaking face.. Oh wad now ur some celebrity,u think pple are actually gonna speculate abt ur life i hear u say. Well guess wad im not a celebrity im better.
Ahh dat was stress relieving . Btw the poll thingy dat was ard in my blog,i have removed it for obvious reasons. Maybe i should have asked questions like who is the cutest guy in hollywood or prolly which actress has the biggest boobs in bollywood. Haa.. Anyway..

P/s i love u was actually due to be released here about couple of months back according to yahoo.com so naturally my baby was all excited abt the release but for some reason when we checked on the particular date of 'release',there was no sign of it.. The reason as it turned out was cos they were keeping the movie back to be released on Valentine's day n den the baby got all excited again . :)

We caught the movie last nite n as expected baby was tearing all over my tee... *Smooches* The movie was good for me,being a conservative Indian guy certain parts of the movie didnt make sense but the love btw the couple was there for all to see . I found the part where he will be narrating their first meeting in one of his letters to be the best scene in the movie .. Lisa Kudrow's character was one of a typical bitchy itchy friend dat im sure will ring a bell to many .. :D I mean she was trying to get hooked up to every single guy she lays her eyes on n the explanation she gave for her actions was pathetic .. Pls if u wanna flirt just admit ur getting itchy down there dunt create ur own set of laws n expect everyone to accept dat. Reality check yet again. Think.. N .. as i said im a conservative Indian guy,conservative haha dunt u kiss ur gf in public.. Yes i do kiss my gf in public,i said im conservative i didnt say i was unromantic nor dumb.. :D I didnt understand one thing though abt the movie how could the leading lady bring herself to make out with another guy if she claims to love her husband so much.. I mean she saw this guy in the bar,found him hot rarely communicated ,saw him butt naked got turned on n

Its been a tough few days for baby's family n myself after her mum suffered a mild stroke n had to be admitted . Its always hard to see ur loved one in discomfort n the worst case scenarios tat comes along with it is just unbearable.. I wasnt able to visit her this past two days in hospital due to my work commitments but i can imagine my baby's mum struggling without the use of her right arm n its something dat i dunt wan to see in person.. Shes just too energetic n bubbly to be tied down with such an ailment.. As i tossed n turned in bed last night unable to sleep n feared for the worst with so many things running in my head i just wished it would break dawn soon to know wad the docter's got to say regarding her condition ..

Im really glad to type dat she was discharged todae evening n though shes not fully recovered the chances of her right hand being back to normal is pretty good.. Im just happy n relieved to see her back home n being able to talk to her once again before i sleep n also for my baby who missed her company this past couple of days n obviously was worried sick .. I cant wait for Sat to visit her n see my baby as well,miss them both .. :)

Its just an hour more before V day comes to a close.. I dunt hve a preference for Vday n i quite frankly dunt see the need for it.. You just dunt set aside a special day to pour out ur love n money for ur loved ones , lol n the flower sales for Vday is absolutely ridiculous.. Im thinking of setting up my very own flower store just on Vday n im sure im gonna earn loads,its so much so like Vday=Bouquets n dats freaking stereotyped.. Saying thus im looking forward to our 3rd year anniversary n dats something dat means a whole lot more to me.. to US.. :)

Babygirl i noe its been really hard on u trying to adjust to my work commitments n the fact tat we have not been meeting like we used to .. Its hard for me to baby,it really is not being able to meet u when i want n trust me there have been a lot of days where i wish u were just beside me . Girly at the same time i just want to tell u how proud i am of u understanding my situation n noeing dat im working hard as i can for our future... U just make my life a whole lot easier girl n im really fortunate for dat.. Monday.. Its going to be special ohh yes it will be.. :)

I was absolutely gutted after our loss to Man city but i have no complains about the loss.. We were just not present on that day to play ,they had practically two good attempts on goal n they scored from it while we were unable to break the stubborn resistance of the City barrier.. Kudos to the blues they did their job well esp their backfour n Joe Hart looks really promising, surely good news for England..Even though we lost im pretty much confident of our title chances n im proud as ever to be a Mancunian..

I was having my beauty sleep after talking on the pone with my baby this past Sat morning when all of a sudden my dad at ard 5am came in to my room to break the unwanted news dat some army pple were looking for me.. While i was sitting on my bed,half asleep n half awake trying to make sense of it all i received a beep from my hp,the msg i received gave me mixed emotions,mostly bad.. Lol.. Ok to put it short n sweet,i had to report to the 3rd Guard camp in Bedok for an emergency exercise n i had to do it within 2 hrs.. The thing is i noe i was screwed as i didnt have alot of stuffs dat i need to have n my damn field pack wasnt even packed yet ,there were only 3 encyclopedias in the field pack cos i was using it as my own personal dumb bells.. Dunt ask me how i use my field pack as dumb bells,all i can say is im a genius.. :D N so i started packing my pack with the things dat i have n trust me i didnt even cover half the list.. Damn the kanchiong feeling after nearly 3 years of after army life.. I reached the Hq at 740 n realised most of them were already at the parade square parading their stuffs n waiting for the big superior shit to arrive..He did arrive at 750 n started his 'I am boss n ur my slaves rant'
First up equipment check... Lol,as expected i was shouted at with every missing item but i can take solace tat i wasnt the only one n there was this guy who only brought his field pack with only his helmet inside... I think i must hve given my superior some farked up face cos after shouting his head off at me, he turned ard n said ,'I dunt give a damn if u dunt like me but we are dealing with something dats life n death.. This whole emergency exercise started bcos of an unsavoury rumour n as it turned out it wasnt a rumour afterall, i am not suppose to tell u wad it is so im not going to risk anything but just be glad dat 'rumour' didnt materialize. After all that drama i just headed back to my bunk,placed my things down n slept for an hour i guess after which my beauty sleep was interrupted for some drill dat we had to do.. This was very much my programme for the day until the red alert was cleared n i finally left camp at 10 .. It was definately wad i had not planned for yesterday, instead of juicy succulent butter prawns i was munching on instant tom yam noodles .. Haha budden again its all for the well being of my loved ones so it was worth every min of it.. *Limps off*











Yes tonites the big Manchester derby between my beloved Man utd n bitter rivals Man city.. The pride of Manchester is at stake as the two fierce rivals battle it out tonite for the bragging rights.. Past results count for nuthing and reputation simply goes out of the window for derby clashes n tonite is no exception. Yes we maybe be the champions n yes we may be above City in the league table n hell we are better than City but u can be rest assured tonite everything is going to be on a clean slate .. We were beaten by a solitary goal in the reverse fixture at the City of Manchester stadium even though we were more den a match for them .. Its definitely revenge tonite but even much for important than dat we simply have to win todae as its the least we can do to show our respect to the Manchester United players n staff who passed away during the Busby era in the Munich air disaster some 50 years ago... Good luck u Devils and its time to the paint the town red whether u like it or not .. Ole ~

Gong Xi Fa Cai to all my Chinese makkals out there. I was in the workaholic mood on Chinese New Year eve so much so dat i had to miss my very own reunion dinner with my baby n family and not forgetting the in-law's 25 year wedding anniversary.. Ok now im going to narrate a true incident tat happened a couple of days back.. Ladies,let me noe if this is the worst pick up line yet .. The gf n her best fren were walking down at town if im not wrong with McFlurry in hand , Mcflurry is actually a type of ice cream they sell in Macdonalds .. Ok ok i hear u saying dat we already noe but thats beside the point here cos the ice cream is a very important cast of wads gonna happen next... Back to the story...
While walking they heard someone calling out hello , it was very obvious because the hello was coming from just a few steps away... My gf thinking tat it was someone she knew turned back to see,anyone with a good set of ears would do tat instinctively n the moment she did dat she saw this group of Indian fellas n the guy whom i presume is the thalai- leader told her dat the way tat my gf was eating the ice cream was beautiful... ??????????????????
Wad la dei ,if u wan to impress the girl n get noticed surely u would want to put some effort rite.. I mean u wont put effort in improving ur self , no effort in ur studies ,no effort in making urself useful to ur home n country at least u can put a lil effort in impressing the opp sex but no,the way u eat ice cream is beautiful,now tell me how the hell can eating ice cream be beautiful ... Actually our tamilaes are very imaginative in fact they have some of the best ideas u can come across like for example theres this code word they created for girls - Sarruku.. Brilliant..

To illustrate my point that tamilaes are very imaginative,heres a couple of scenarios dat has happened n will always continue to happen even though getting to noe someone new has become so bloody easy n cheap now thanks to the wonderful technology dat we have become accustomed to.. Oh in case ur wondering since i have so much negativity for tamilaes ,wad am i ? Yes i am an Indian , a tamilan proud to be one..

Scenario one .. Girl works as salesgirl ,tamilae notices girl walks into shop n though they will be a few other salesgirls working there he will approach tat particular Girl for assistance. After pretending to get something in the pretext of checking out that Girl he in da end will fork out money to get something dat he doesnt really need just to impress tat Girl .. After paying for it n collecting his item with his eyes still on da girl ,he will make his exit ... The story doesnt end there,theres a twist in the tale.. He returns almost as immediately as he leaves with the receipt in hand n once again approaches the same Girl to pass tat receipt of the item he just purchased.. Girl thinking tat theres something wrong with the purchase checks the receipt only to find the a name n a number n by now u pple realise to who that name n number belongs to rite... Creative genius... Applauds...

Scenario two.. Girl gets a ponecall in the middle of the night from this same breed of a creative genius ,probably love sick too n sick in alot of others places as well . U figure tat out.. Girl realises tat she doesnt noe tat person on da line with her asks him how he got his number from. *Creative juices starts to mix* *Juices flow* Guy responds.. Oh just about an hour ago i was coming home from the mama shop after buying a pack of condoms for this weekend n as i was walking down there was this really strong wind dat began blowing in my direction n from far i could see something flying towards my direction n it was coming closer n closer to me n before i knew it it landed rite into my left pocket of my polo tee tat i was wearing.. When i took it out of my pocket to see wad it was , i realised it was a piece of paper n when i looked at the back of it there was this name n number .. Name Sheela Nair ,Long lost twin of Porn queen Shaila Nair.. Number, XXXXXXXX... I couldnt believe my eyes n immediately closed my eyes n said a prayer becos just yesterday i prayed to god to send me a girl to love n i couldnt believe he would respond this fast.. Now,if tat girl has something u would call brains , she would hang up immediately, sadly there are some who would giggle n say dats so damn cute yaar n den shit happens..

Finally managed to spend some much needed quality time with my princess on Sunday.. Yes i said finally because this is only the second time im meeting her in two weeks n i last met her last Saturday n dat was for lunch .. It couldnt be helped though because of the situation with my granny n stuff, im just glad i got myself an understanding gf.. I noe .. Im really lucky.. We were due to go shopping after lunch but i left my atm card at home,no i didnt do it on purpose,lol... It so happens dat after so long i have a good amount of money n with my gf beside me ,i was unable to do anything ..We spent our evening at home watching Super jodi ,lol i liked the third couple they were cute,we than headed off to Swensens after dat to have a really filling dinner.. Actually it doesnt matter where u go or wad u do,we just love each other's company alot ,i can hear u say dunt all couples love each other's company??, i beg to differ,alot of things arent wad it seem.. Haa. Ok anyway theres alotta things i need to get done this coming week n im really looking forward to Saturday,god forbade nuthing goes wrong ... :)

I was going thru babygal's brochures she got from Murdoch university n i actually realised dat u can apply for a degree in mass comm with ur Nitec cert,im not sure if theres a catch in there because i find it kinda weird cos they didnt even mention the cut off gpa point dat was needed to apply.. Haha anyway even if it was possible for me to apply for that course i wouldnt because i feel its one step too far n getting a dip first would be more apt for me...

This is just a random opinion of mine so dunt get all hot n type an angst reply post in support of ur bollywood hearthrobs n vixens. I realise dat Hindi films and artistes are very popular among our south indian frens here in Singapore n our neighbour the Malaysians,hell its even popular in certain parts of South India too.. Whether we understand Hindi or not,theres just something about the glitz n glam of Bollywood. We dunt need to understand Hindi,theres always the subtitles i hear u say,dat was a figure of speech i say.. :) Yes we do have really good films in Bollywood,films dat will give Holllywood a run for their money but i have noticed something about Bollywood films these days n its the fact that they are taking too many pages out of the Hollywood book of dirt.. The storylines are a big worry these days dat its just painful to watch it with ur parents or for parents to watch it with their kids.. There was this trend a couple of years back where Bollywood films of extra marital affairs were being made with a sickening rate of frequency to a point where it seems having an affair seemed kewl.. Ull never noe wad pple are capable of, if Rani mukherjee can sleep ard in the movie i can do it too... Yes it happens.. One of the reasons for the huge popularity of Bollywood are the good looking actors n their voluptuous counterparts,yes whether they can act properly or not the mere fact tat they look good gets them fans by the truckloads.. Lets face it there are alot of below par actors ard who are still inthe industry because of their good features n wad not .. Theres also this famous quote dat says Sex Sells n it does,seemingly the mantra among our Bollywood queens..The decrease in clothing n the increase in cleavage forgetting the fact that there are Indian girls n not Marilyn Monroe's granddaughters just one of the negatives of the western culture that has affected our Indian cinema to date.. I brought up the fact that Bollywood films are very popular among our South Indian frens n theres a reason on y i did so ,while their films are popular with us n we cherish n adore their stars its a sad truth that our South Indian films are not appreciated as much by them n our stars hardly get recognised ,in fact our films are looked upon as an object of ridicule .. I noe we just dunt care as long Hrithik Roshan keeps showing his toned abs n Shilpa shetty takes her wadever chance she can get to reveal her cleavage.. Is dat wad we have really become ?

Its good to comment on things because for all u noe it might just make a difference in the future .. If everybody does things for the sake of it n keep their opinions stuffed in their minds n mouths it will be hard to make changes...
