I was having my beauty sleep after talking on the pone with my baby this past Sat morning when all of a sudden my dad at ard 5am came in to my room to break the unwanted news dat some army pple were looking for me.. While i was sitting on my bed,half asleep n half awake trying to make sense of it all i received a beep from my hp,the msg i received gave me mixed emotions,mostly bad.. Lol.. Ok to put it short n sweet,i had to report to the 3rd Guard camp in Bedok for an emergency exercise n i had to do it within 2 hrs.. The thing is i noe i was screwed as i didnt have alot of stuffs dat i need to have n my damn field pack wasnt even packed yet ,there were only 3 encyclopedias in the field pack cos i was using it as my own personal dumb bells.. Dunt ask me how i use my field pack as dumb bells,all i can say is im a genius.. :D N so i started packing my pack with the things dat i have n trust me i didnt even cover half the list.. Damn the kanchiong feeling after nearly 3 years of after army life.. I reached the Hq at 740 n realised most of them were already at the parade square parading their stuffs n waiting for the big superior shit to arrive..He did arrive at 750 n started his 'I am boss n ur my slaves rant'
First up equipment check... Lol,as expected i was shouted at with every missing item but i can take solace tat i wasnt the only one n there was this guy who only brought his field pack with only his helmet inside... I think i must hve given my superior some farked up face cos after shouting his head off at me, he turned ard n said ,'I dunt give a damn if u dunt like me but we are dealing with something dats life n death.. This whole emergency exercise started bcos of an unsavoury rumour n as it turned out it wasnt a rumour afterall, i am not suppose to tell u wad it is so im not going to risk anything but just be glad dat 'rumour' didnt materialize. After all that drama i just headed back to my bunk,placed my things down n slept for an hour i guess after which my beauty sleep was interrupted for some drill dat we had to do.. This was very much my programme for the day until the red alert was cleared n i finally left camp at 10 .. It was definately wad i had not planned for yesterday, instead of juicy succulent butter prawns i was munching on instant tom yam noodles .. Haha budden again its all for the well being of my loved ones so it was worth every min of it.. *Limps off*
Yes tonites the big Manchester derby between my beloved Man utd n bitter rivals Man city.. The pride of Manchester is at stake as the two fierce rivals battle it out tonite for the bragging rights.. Past results count for nuthing and reputation simply goes out of the window for derby clashes n tonite is no exception. Yes we maybe be the champions n yes we may be above City in the league table n hell we are better than City but u can be rest assured tonite everything is going to be on a clean slate .. We were beaten by a solitary goal in the reverse fixture at the City of Manchester stadium even though we were more den a match for them .. Its definitely revenge tonite but even much for important than dat we simply have to win todae as its the least we can do to show our respect to the Manchester United players n staff who passed away during the Busby era in the Munich air disaster some 50 years ago... Good luck u Devils and its time to the paint the town red whether u like it or not .. Ole ~
